The Tunnel Hill Bike Tail is a bicycle path spanning from Harrisburg to Karnak, Illinois, tracing the route of an old railroad. Originally part of the Cairo & Vincennes line, later incorporated into the Southern Railway, this 45-mile trail ceased operations in the late 1900s.
